Small downloads. A clear policy.
Digital purchases are final
Pocket Revel sells downloadable digital books and guides. Once delivered, these files can be saved, copied and used immediately, so they cannot be returned like a physical item. We do not offer change-of-mind refunds, returns or exchanges after delivery, including for unused downloads, an unwanted gift or choosing the wrong guide. Please read the product description and preview before buying.
Immediate delivery
When you check out, you request immediate delivery of your digital purchase and acknowledge that, where applicable, your right to withdraw ends when delivery begins. For a gift, delivery is to the recipient you enter. Check their address carefully. We include your checkout agreement in your confirmation email.
Something gone wrong?
If your file is missing, damaged or not what was described, email hello@pocketrevel.com with your order reference and the email used at checkout. We will help restore access or provide a corrected file. Contact us about duplicate or incorrect charges too. Never send your full card number.
Your statutory rights
This policy does not limit any rights or remedies that applicable consumer law gives you, including for faulty, undelivered or misdescribed digital content. Where the law requires a refund, repair, replacement or price reduction, we will provide the appropriate remedy. Any approved refund goes back to the original payment method.
