Privacy
Just what we need to send your little things.
Your order details
Coded Realities operates Pocket Revel. We collect your email, purchased items, payment status and order details to fulfill your purchase and help with support. Stripe handles payment details; we do not store card numbers. We retain order records to provide downloads, meet recordkeeping obligations and resolve payment issues.
Gifts
For gifts, we also store the sender and recipient names, recipient email, selected card and message. We use these to deliver the gift and provide support, not to subscribe the recipient to marketing. Only provide an address you are entitled to use for this purpose. Avoid putting sensitive information in your note.
The services behind the shop
Vercel hosts our storefront. Cloudflare stores orders and product files. Stripe processes payments. Resend sends order emails and PDFs. Customer support mail is handled through Google Workspace. Your bag stays in your browser; the private studio uses a necessary sign-in cookie. We do not use advertising trackers or email open tracking.
Contact us
For questions about your information or to request access, correction or deletion, email hello@pocketrevel.com. We may need to verify your request and retain records where legally required. Private download links grant access to your purchases, so keep them safe.
